Our commitment on tracking
- 1
Only the working status
The tracker sees whether the Parsh portal and the bank’s Kiosk Banking site are open and in use, and where the counter PC is — nothing else.
- 2
No private or financial data
No customer details, passwords, keystrokes, screenshots, files or browsing history — ever.
- 3
Only with written consent
The tracker goes on a BCA’s PC only after that BCA has agreed in writing, and the consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Monitoring that stays within these three limits does not violate your privacy.
1.What is tracked
This application (the Parsh Tracker) checks only these things about your work:
- whether the bank’s official Kiosk Banking website (kioskbanking.bgb.bank.in) and the Parsh portal are open in your browser, and which tab is in front;
- which agent is signed in to the Parsh portal;
- whether the keyboard or mouse was used in the last 15 minutes, or the screen is locked — not which keys were pressed;
- the approximate location of the counter PC, every 5 minutes;
- the internet (IP) address each report comes from, and the browser’s name and version.
On the CBC dashboard this appears as your session’s status (Online, Idle or Logout), your working time on each portal, and the centre’s position on a map.
2.What is not tracked
This app never accesses, records or stores any other website on your computer, anything written on the pages of the two portals, your bank password, a customer’s name, Aadhaar or account number or amount, the keys you press, your screen, your files or your browsing history.
3.Why it is tracked
The bank has made the CBC responsible for keeping every BCA centre open at its scheduled hours. This monitoring is needed to meet that obligation. The location confirms that the work is being done from the centre.
4.Timing
Your working hours are 8 am to 8 pm. The tracker does not switch itself off by the clock: it reports whenever the browser is running and the tracker is signed in. Signing the tracker out stops it completely.
5.Your consent
You give this consent of your own free will. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing support@parshprogressivetrust.com; in that case you will have to stop working as a BCA.
How this information is stored, who can see it and your rights over it are set out in the Privacy Policy.
